In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
References to a statute or statutory provision include all amendments, re-enactments, and instruments made thereunder. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
By accessing the o9win platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the o9win Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the o9win platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and o9win with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to o9win is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction applies regardless of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. o9win maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
3.2 Age Verification. o9win reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during registration, at the point of any withdrawal request, or upon reasonable suspicion of underage access. Acceptable documentation includes a Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until documentation is provided, or permanently closed if documentation is not provided within 30 days of request.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the o9win platform is lawful in your country or jurisdiction of residence. o9win makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use the platform.
3.4 Underage Gambling. Where o9win determines that a registered account was created by or used by an individual under the age of 21, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds deposited will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically possible, all winnings generated will be forfeited, and o9win reserves the right to notify relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one o9win account. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with all balances subject to review and possible forfeiture.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. o9win will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You agree to notify o9win immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. o9win will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). o9win is required to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process, including providing documents such as government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal access.
5.1 Accepted Methods. o9win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: FPX online banking transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at o9win's sole discretion.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the o9win platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For USDT deposits and withdrawals, conversion is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, as determined by o9win.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified payment method linked to the account holder's verified identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. o9win reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
5.4 Processing Times. Deposit processing times are dependent on the selected payment method. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to KYC and fraud prevention review requirements. VIP tier members receive priority processing as described in the VIP programme terms.
5.5 Transaction Fees. o9win does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank, eWallet provider, or payment processor are outside o9win's control and may apply.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria as specified in the applicable promotion terms. o9win reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.
6.2 Rollover Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering rollover requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier and contributing game weighting percentages for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms and displayed on the Promo Bonus page.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Behaviour constituting bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or mathematically neutral wagers solely to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine play intent; systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner contrary to their purpose. o9win reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to suspend or close the account in question.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. o9win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a player has opted into a promotion and fulfilled the stated entry conditions, vested bonus entitlements will not be withdrawn without cause.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the o9win platform is governed by the rules of that specific game as published by the relevant game provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game.
7.2 Technical Errors. o9win does not accept liability for system errors, technical malfunctions, or interruptions that affect game availability or the outcome of any wager. In the event of a technical error that renders a game result void or indeterminate, o9win reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to player accounts. Manifestly incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to technical error are void and o9win is not obligated to honour them.
7.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets on the o9win platform are governed by the sportsbook rules published within the platform. Match result determinations are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bet acceptance is subject to connection stability and o9win system availability — bets placed after the relevant event's natural conclusion are void.
7.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a game result or wagering outcome must be submitted to o9win support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. o9win's decision in respect of any game or wagering dispute is final, subject to the player's right to escalate through applicable regulatory channels.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the o9win platform without express written authorisation from o9win. Game content provided by third-party studios through the platform is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights and is used by o9win under licence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o9win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your o9win account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
o9win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if o9win has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
o9win does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, service outages, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers, network carriers, or force majeure events.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by o9win — any remaining verified account balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within 10 business days, except where the closure is due to confirmed fraud, Terms breach, or regulatory hold.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting o9win support. Requests submitted via live chat or to the support contact address will be processed within 2 business days. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours as a priority.
o9win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the o9win platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the o9win platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which o9win is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through o9win's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution, except where applicable law mandates an alternative dispute resolution forum.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of o9win's operating jurisdiction for any matter not subject to arbitration.
